Cancellation and reservation policy for groups

At the time of confirming the reservation, 25% of the total amount must be paid in advance as "Reservation Confirmation", implying acceptance of the conditions detailed below. In addition, we will ask you for the details of your

credit card.

The reservation confirmation means that, from that moment on, the restaurant may have to reject other requests for the same date due to space issues. For this reason, the subsequent cancellation of the group carries associated cancellation costs:

From the moment of confirmation until 1 month before the event: 10% of the total amount of the event. Between one month and two weeks prior to the event: 20% of the total amount of the event. Between 2 weeks and the week prior to the event: 25 % of the total amount of the event, that is, the amount paid as "Reservation Confirmation" is not returned. Between 1 week and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total amount of the event. Between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance: 75% of the total amount of the event. In case of canceling less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the total amount of the event will be charged.

NUMBER OF GUESTS POLICY

Please inform us of any change in the number of diners with at least 48 hours. in advance. Otherwise, all the menus confirmed in the initial reservation will be charged.

Nor can the number of diners be increased with less than 24 hours. in advance. If this happens, the extra diners will be attended according to the possibilities of the service and according to space availability. The price to be paid will be that of the agreed menu.

PRICING POLICY

The prices of the menus correspond strictly to what is budgeted in the menu. The substitution of dishes or drinks for any reason (preferences, intolerances, allergies, etc.) may entail an additional cost that will be determined by the complexity in the management

from the menu.
