The reservation confirmation means that, from that moment on, the restaurant may have to reject other requests for the same date due to space issues. For this reason, the subsequent cancellation of the group carries associated cancellation costs:

Please inform us of any change in the number of diners with at least 48 hours. in advance. Otherwise, all the menus confirmed in the initial reservation will be charged.
Nor can the number of diners be increased with less than 24 hours. in advance. If this happens, the extra diners will be attended according to the possibilities of the service and according to space availability. The price to be paid will be that of the agreed menu.
PRICING POLICY
The prices of the menus correspond strictly to what is budgeted in the menu. The substitution of dishes or drinks for any reason (preferences, intolerances, allergies, etc.) may entail an additional cost that will be determined by the complexity in the management
from the menu.
